Pastor Kevin Alford, Sr., JD
- Executive Pastor
Pastor Kevin Alford, Sr. is the Executive Pastor. He has been a member of ALARM since 2001 and has served in various leadership roles in ministry, including Director of Media & Marketing, Co-Leader of both Teens and Young Adult Ministries, and Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor, Apostle Stewart.

In his current role, he assists the Senior Pastor by ensuring that the strategic ministry objectives of the church are effectively and efficiently attained through systems, practices, activities, and policies of that effectively and efficiently carry out those objectives and core values.
​
He is married to Lady Brenae Alford and they have two children, Kevin Jr. and Deborah. Lady Brenae works in the banking industry and serves as the CFO of ALARM International Church.
Pastor Lawrence Samson
- Pastoral Care
Pastor Lawrence Samson oversees Pastoral Care and serves as an extended arm of the Senior Pastor. His responsibilities include ensuring that the care, connections, and needs of the ALARM covenant family are met.

Since joining ALARM in 1997, he has served in various leadership roles including Finance Director, Ministry Operations Director, Facility Operations Director, and chief adjutant to Apostle Stewart.
He also married his beautiful wife, Minister Beatrice Samson in 1997. They are the proud parents of Dominic, Amari, and Victorya. Minister Beatrice has served in various areas of ministry and possesses the gifts of prayer, exhortation, and administration.
Pastor Eric L. Swanigan, Th.D.
- Pastor of Christian Education
Pastor Eric L. Swanigan has a passion for redeeming lost souls to Christ through evangelism, intercessory prayer, and ministering in the prisons. He’s been a member of ALARM for more than two decades and currently serves as the Pastor of Christian Education. In this role, he supports the development of educational programs for ALARM’s Third Day Believers Christian University.

Pastor Swanigan is the author of three books and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida A&M University in Computer Sciences, a Master’s and Doctoral degree in Theology from Covenant Bible College and Seminary.
​
He is married to Lady LaShawnda Swanigan and they are the proud parents of Jeremiah Christopher and Joshua Alexander (who is in heaven).
